Entegra Dual PFD - missing softkey buttons
On dual-PFD equipped aircraft, the Pilot Priority switch mounted in the flightdeck instrument panel allows you to inhibit the controls on the Copilot PFD when a non-pilot is in the right-hand seat. See your aircraft Pilot’s Operating Handbook to locate the Pilot Priority switch.
EX5000 Entegra PFD - Invalid Chassis ID
‘INVALID CHASSIS ID’ - if getting the invalid chassis ID, and intermittent softkey functionality, on a SINGLE PFD installed aircraft, the PFD needs to be sent in for service.
