The Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) is found on the Engine tab on the MFD. 

NOTE: not all MFDs will display CHT, this is based on the aircraft type. Please refer to the appropriate Pilot's Guide.

For example:
The Piper PA28 will show EGT, but not the CHT
The Piper PA32 and PA44 will show EGT and CHT
